Julie Falcon de Longevialle has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.

She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and Information and Communication Technologies and advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, designs, as well as image rights and data protection.

Julie supports clients in the development, protection and enforcement of their intellectual property portfolios, and regularly assists with the drafting and negotiation of commercial and IP-related agreements, including assignments, licences and partnership agreements.

Having trained and practised within leading intellectual property law firms, Julie has developed strong experience in advisory work and dispute resolution, including pre-litigation strategy and litigation, particularly in matters involving counterfeiting and unfair competition.
