Cécile has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.

She holds a Master 2 degree in Intellectual Property and Cultural Heritage Law from CEIPI and practices primarily in the field of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark law, copyright, designs, domain names and media law.

Cécile advises clients at both the advisory and pre-litigation and litigation stages, including in connection with the drafting and negotiation of assignment, licensing and coexistence agreements.

She also has experience in data protection and competition and consumer law.
